A popular Nigerian cleric, Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, has warned that voting for certain politicians in the next presidential election could make life worse for Nigerians. According to a report by Guardian Nigeria, in a recent interview, he mentioned that Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Nasir El-Rufai, Bala Mohammed, and Seyi Makinde should not be considered by voters.

According to Ayodele, these five politicians would only increase the suffering of Nigerians if given power. He said, “Atiku, Obi, El-Rufai, Bala, and Seyi Makinde will make things more difficult for Nigerians, even worse than what we are going through under Tinubu now.”

He believes that choosing any of them in the 2027 elections would be a big mistake and lead to more problems. Instead, Ayodele advised Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu and support him for a second term. He claimed that Tinubu’s second term would be better and bring more progress to the country.

Ayodele added that he has no personal ties to Tinubu but is simply sharing what he received through prophecy. He also mentioned that while some may see his latest message as different from what he said before, his past prophecies have always come true.

The cleric also warned people to watch out for new alliances among politicians, such as the one between El-Rufai and Atiku, who are reportedly planning to team up against Tinubu in 2027.

Ayodele urged Nigerians to be wise in their decisions and avoid being misled by political games.
