Former Nigerian Senator, playwright and human rights activist, Senator Shehu Sani has taken to social media to react after reading news report of an Arab man who was killed by a Lion, he bought with his money after few weeks.
Reacting after reading news report of an Arab man who was killed by a Lion he bought with his money after few weeks, Senator Shehu Sani has questioned wealthy Arab of the obsessions in keeping wild animals as per in their homes, while Africans that owns those animals do not even contemplate of keeping such animals.
Senator Shehu Sani tweeted: “I still don’t know why some wealthy Arabs are obsessed with keeping wild animals like Lions, Tigers, Leopards or Cheetahs as person their homes. We Africans that have those animals don’t contemplate or risk keeping such wild beasts in our homes. It’s instructive to note that no matter how friendly you are to such wild beasts, it only takes the trigger of their instincts to attack and devoir you…”
