Mabas Ayuba, a victim who was displaced from his community in Bokkos local government area in Plateau State by armed herdsmen has spoken about the attacks.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with AIT from 14:46, Ayuba said that despite the violent attacks, some people are still living in the affected communities in Bokkos. He stated that when herdsmen attack any community, it is hard to see any Fulani people moving around the area afterward. He said immediately herdsmen attack an area, the Fulanis in that area “disappear like the wind”. He added that many residents are living in fear, but they have not abandoned their villages completely.
