Seyi Tinubu, the son of Nigerian President Bola Tinubu, has strongly denied serious accusations made against him by the President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Comrade Atiku Isah.

According to a report by Punch, at a press conference in Abuja, Comrade Isah claimed that Seyi Tinubu and the Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, offered him a N100 million bribe in Lagos to support the president. Isah said he refused the offer, saying he could not promote a president who had not fulfilled his campaign promises.

Isah also alleged that after rejecting the money, he was attacked by thugs, stripped naked, and abducted on April 15. He said those responsible threatened to release a video of the incident and told him that nothing would happen because Seyi Tinubu could cover it up.

However, Seyi Tinubu has dismissed all of these claims. Responding through his Instagram stories, he said the entire story was false and designed to damage his reputation.

“Wow… how can someone lie with so much confidence?” he wrote. “An attempt to defame my character. May God be with you, Comrade Atiku Isah.”

He added that he had never met or spoken to Isah and had not been involved in any meeting with him—either in Lagos or anywhere else. He also stated that he had never been with thugs or supported violence.

“All these allegations made by Atiku Isah are completely fictional,” Seyi said.
