Peter Obi, former Governor of Anambra State and former presidential candidate of the Labour Party has stated that there should be a limit to greed
In a video shared by Symfoni TV from 3:30, Obi said at a certain stage in life people who are rich should no longer be chasing wealth. He questioned what someone who already has enough money would still need more for. He asked whether they plan to buy another house or car or even get married to more wives.
In Obi’s words: “I was discussing with my brother. I said when I watch the greed in this country, greed must have limit. Why will anybody at our stage be looking for money again? What is he going to use it to do? Is it to buy new house or buy new car? Are you going to marry new wife? Even more troublesome because when you have three or four the trouble increases. Can you show love to 3 or 4 women at a time? I don’t know but for those who do it I wish them well”
