Social media users have taken to their official X account to react to the comment that Nollywood actress, Kate Amaka Henshaw made after House of Representatives member approved President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s emergency rule in Rivers state.

According to The Nation, the House of Representatives members approved the request of the President through a voice vote that was conducted at the National Assembly on Thursday. This came after it was reported that the President needed approval of two-thirds of the members.

Reacting, Kate Amaka Henshaw stated that the National Assembly is lacking in integrity. She said lessons will be learnt.
