Several reactions have trailed photos of the large crowd that welcomed former governor of Rivers state and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike after he stormed Rivers state.
The pictures were shared on the official X handle of the FCT Minister on Sunday.
After sharing the pictures, Nyesom Wike stated that he visited Abalama in Rivers state and he received a rousing reception.
The former governor of Rivers state, however, appreciated the people for their support.
Here is what Nyesom Wike wrote on his page;
“I thank the Kalabari people for the rousing reception they accorded me in Abalama yesterday. I also thank The New Rivers Associates, organizer of the Thanksgiving and Civic Reception”.
