According to Iran International English, a top advisor to the IRGC Aerospace Commander, General Ali Balali, declared that a new assault on Israel was already in preparation, stating, “There is no doubt that this operation will take place, but at a time when we can gain the maximum advantage from it. Iran is learning from past mistakes and refining its strategy to ensure that ‘True Promise 3’ will be far more effective and damaging than previous operations.”
