High Chief Sobomabo Jackrich has alleged that the military invaded his home, destroyed his properties, and killed two of his workers in what he describes as a desperate attempt to silence him over his support for Governor Siminialayi Fubara.

He stated that nothing incriminating was found against him despite the raid. He emphasized that neither he nor the National Rescue Movement, the Niger Delta Liberation Force, or the section of Tantita Security under his leadership has any links to criminality or violence.

He said in an interview with Symfoni, “The military invaded my home, destroying my properties and killing two of my workers, but by the grace of God, I am alive today. And nothing incriminating was found against me despite their desperate attempts to silence me. Reaffirming my innocence and right to support Governor Fubara, I wish to state clearly once again that neither myself, the National Rescue Movement, the Niger Delta Liberation Force, nor the section of Tantita Security that is under my leadership have any connection with criminality or acts of violence.
