Nollywood actress Tokunbo Latona has revealed how long she has been in the United Kingdom after getting married to her husband, while also stating why she does not want to return back to Nigeria anytime soon.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Kunleafod TV during an interview, she claimed that it’s been eleven years since she left Nigeria for the UK, saying that she does not want to return back to Nigeria because of the issue of insecurity in the country.
In her statement, she said, “Things weren’t easy for me when I got to the UK, and I faced a lot of challenges, but now I’m enjoying my stay in the UK because I have overcome the challenges. It’s 11 years since I left Nigeria for the UK, and I don’t want to return because I’m scared. With the news and feedback we are getting from Nigeria, the level of insecurity is discouraging from coming back to Nigeria.”
