Yoruba movie actress Fisayo Abebi has revealed how she started her film making career, which she did not plan for initially, while also stating how she has been able to cope with the pressure of becoming an actress at a young age.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Biola Adebayo Ent during an interview, she made it known that she was never an actress and that it was an actor who asked her to pretend like a sick person when she went to meet her mother on a movie set.
In her statement, she said, “I was with my mother’s phone when it started ringing continuously when she was on a movie set with her colleagues. I was never an actress, it was an actor who begged me to pretend to be a sick person. He was very happy with the way I handled the movie scene on the movie set, and he told my mother that he would like me to join his film making crew, and that was how my career started.”
