The founder of Anap foundation and Anap jet, Atedo Peterside has taken to his official X account to react after the Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof Akin Abayomi underwent an eye surgery in Nigeria. Atedo Peterside reacted after Abayomi made the announcement on his page.
According to the commissioner, the surgery was carried out at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH in Ikeja. He said he’s happy that the operation was successful.
According to the Health Commissioner;
“Thrilled to share that I just had a successful eye surgery in LASUTH, Ikeja. Huge thanks to the incredible oculoplastic surgeons in the Eye Department, especially Prof. Mrs. Bola Adekoya and Dr. Rosemay Ngwu, for their expertise and for making the procedure painless”.
Reacting, Atedo Peterside commended Prof Abayomi for having enormous faith in his colleagues and the health system that he’s overseeing. Atedo Peterside also commended all the doctors who conducted the operation.
According to Atedo Peterside on his official X account;
“That a Health Commissioner has sufficient faith in his colleagues and the health system which he helps to oversee is refreshing. Sadly, the bar is now so low in this area that I feel moved to applaud Prof. Akin Abayomi and the LASUTH team”.
