The former governor of Rivers state and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike has ordered the immediate rehabilitation of a dilapidated public school in Kabusa community in Abuja.
He made the statement in a viral video that was posted on the official X handle of NEWS CENTRAL TV from 0.05.
In the video that surfaced online, the former governor of Rivers state said that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu won’t be happy if he comes around and sees the condition of the school.
Here is what the FCT Minister said;
“My brother, I no go lie, if Mr President comes here and sees that this is the school our children are learning, I will lose my job. And I don’t want to lose my job.
“We will make you happy in this school. God has blessed this country and we must not suffer”.
