In a recent statement on his official X account, Mahdi Shehu, a prominent human rights activist and political commentator, has criticized Bayo Onanuga’s recent statement about President Bola Tinubu.

Onanuga had described Tinubu as the best president in Nigeria’s history.

Mahdi dismissed Onanuga’s statements, calling them dishonest and sycophantic and accused Onanuga of knowingly spreading falsehoods and warned of divine consequences.

“ONANUGA falsely claimed that his principal, benefactor, his ‘Chi,’ his ‘Oluwa, his ‘Ulu,’ his ‘chikwu’ is the ‘best’ president ever in Nigeria.

Onanuga is fully aware that this is a lie detested by God in heaven, and angels have written that toxic statement to be produced on judgment day as a testimony against him.

Meanwhile, I refer to Onanugas bootlicker statement to:

Revelation 21:8

‘All liars shall have their part in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death’,” Mahdi Shehu wrote.

Bayo Onanuga, a veteran journalist and media adviser to President Tinubu, had earlier praised the president for his leadership since assuming office, citing Tinubu’s reforms as evidence of his success.

However, critics argue that the current administration is yet to deliver significant improvements in the lives of ordinary Nigerians.

Mahdi Shehu’s comments reflect growing public frustration over the performance of the Tinubu administration.
