According to a video that was posted on the official X account of Channels TV from 0.23, the Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Public Communication and Orientation, Daniel Bwala has stated that he has not been told that the Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga will be the one to lead the presidential communication team.
Daniel Bwala said Onanuga is a brilliant journalist who has served Nigeria very well. He said he is happy for him to lead the team.
According to Bayo Onanuga;
“Bayo Onanuga is an elder state man, he is a very brilliant journalist who has had his records and we are happy he’s leading us as a leader.
“I have not been told he will lead but I am happy for him to lead because he is an elder. I will respect him, he has his records, he has serve Nigeria well”.
