In a recent video shared on Facebook on Tuesday from 5:13, November 11, 2025, Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, spoke on Nigeria’s political structure and warned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to make urgent adjustments in his cabinet to preserve national balance. The prophet emphasized that the government must act wisely to avoid tension that could disrupt the political atmosphere before the next general election.
According to him, “What I’m saying is that you should look for a Christian candidate to replace Shettima,” highlighting that Nigeria’s leadership must reflect both religious and regional inclusion. Ayodele explained that while the Muslim-Muslim ticket served its purpose during the election, it has now become a source of quiet resentment among sections of the population who feel politically and spiritually marginalized.
The cleric further stated that Nigeria’s unity depends on the government’s ability to maintain fairness across religious lines. He advised the president to prioritize national stability over personal or party interests, stressing that the spirit of inclusiveness should guide political decisions moving forward.
Ayodele also warned that failure to heed divine instructions could lead to internal conflicts within the ruling party, and possibly affect the government’s chances in the 2027 elections.
