In a recent video shared on Facebook from 8:47, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, spoke about the political strategies being prepared by prominent Nigerian politicians ahead of the 2027 general elections. He specifically addressed former vice president Peter Obi and former governor Rabiu Kwankwaso, questioning the viability of their plans.

During his message, Ayodele stated, “Peter Obi and Kwankwaso, I don’t know what you are planning, but I’m not sure that thing can work.” He explained that while both leaders have loyal followers and significant political influence, certain strategies they may be considering could face spiritual and political obstacles that might limit their success.

According to the cleric, political alliances and campaigns are not only about popularity but also depend on timing, strategy, and divine favor. He cautioned that overconfidence or reliance solely on numbers without considering broader dynamics could backfire.

Ayodele also noted that the political landscape leading up to 2027 would be complex, with shifting loyalties, unexpected moves from opposition parties, and internal challenges within their own camps. He urged both Obi and Kwankwaso to seek wisdom, consult trusted advisers, and ensure that any strategy aligns with both the people’s interest and spiritual guidance.

Political analysts following the cleric’s prophecy suggest that his warning reflects the uncertainty surrounding opposition coalitions and the challenges smaller parties face when trying to challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
