Congressman Riley Moore, an American lawmaker and leader of the United States delegation to Nigeria on fact finding mission has taken to his official X handle to react after precision airstrikes were carried out on terrorist enclaves in Sokoto State by the United States military. According to his statements, he pointed out that president Donald Trump ensured that terrorists were at the receiving end of twelve missiles as Christmas gift.
Many were left stunned after the reports of the United States military’s airstrikes on terrorist enclaves in Sokoto and Zamfara States went viral across various social media platforms.
The attack, which occurred late on Christmas night, sparked massive reactions as many expressed concerns over the precision of the strikes, given that similar airstrikes by the Nigerian Military had led to civilian casualties.
However, Congressman Riley Moore, a United States lawmaker in a recent statement which was shared on his official X handle, described the airstrikes as not only precise, but a Christmas gift to the terrorists by president Donald Trump.
According to his statements, he maintained that for the past two Christmas seasons, Christians across Nigeria had been annihilated, however, this year was different as president Donald Trump ensured radical terrorists were at the receiving end of twelve Tomahawk missiles.

He further pointed out that the successful operation, which was carried out in collaboration with the Nigerian government, was just the first step to secure the country and end the activities of the irredentists who had been troubling the people.
