Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola has reacted to the statement that Nigerian businessman, Alhaji Aliko Dangote made about the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority, NMDPRA, Farouk Ahmed.
The reaction of Femi Otedola was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on Monday, December 15, 2025.
In a report that was published by Channels TV, Aliko Dangote accused Farouk Ahmed of corruption. He calmed that Ahmed pays the sum of $5 million as his children’s school fees in Switzerland.
Here is what Dangote said;
“My children went to secondary school in Nigeria. They did not go outside Nigeria to attend secondary school.
“I don’t know why the authority Chief Executive, Mallam Farouk, has four children educated in Switzerland at the cost of five million dollars for their secondary school education alone, not university,”
However, Femi Otedola has now shared his thoughts after the report surfaced online. In a post that he shared on his official X handle, he asked if the Chief Executive Officer of NMDPRA is living large on tax payers’ money. Femi Otedola said Dangote has asked the Federal Government to investigate Farouk Ahmed.
