Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the former governor of Rivers State and FCT minister, Nyesom Wike recently reacted after former president Goodluck Jonathan and President Bola Tinubu were captured together at the presidential villa, Abuja on Saturday. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he disclosed the subject of discussion.
Many were left stunned after footages of former president Goodluck Jonathan’s visit to the presidential villa, Abuja on Saturday November 29th 2025, went viral across various social media platforms.
The former president, it can be recalled, was left stranded after being intercepted in Guinea Bissau following a military coup that overthrew the government of president Umaro Embalo while on a official mission.
However, following his safe return to the country after being evacuated by the Ivory Coast government, the former President was on hand to brief President Tinubu on the political situation in Guinea Bissau, an ECOWAS member.
Reacting, Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the FCT minister and former Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike who made the disclosure on his official X handle, shared a heartwarming photo from the visit to Aso Rock.
From the photo which Lere Olayinka shared, President Bola Tinubu and former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan can be seen in deep conversations which circled around the recent happenings in Guinea Bissau, according to Lere Olayinka.
