According to a report by Times of Israel, the Lebanese group Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for an attack on Israeli soldiers in the Manara settlement, located in northern Israel. This comes just hours after the Israeli military accused Hezbollah of carrying out an attack that killed 12 children playing football in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.

In a statement released by the group, Hezbollah stated that its fighters targeted Israeli soldiers in the Manara settlement, using “appropriate weapons.” While the exact number of injured Israeli troops remains unidentified, the group asserted that the attack was carried out in support of Gaza.

This latest incident adds to the ongoing tensions between Hezbollah and Israel, which have been escalating in recent weeks. The alleged attack on children in the Golan Heights, if proven true, would be a tragic and devastating event, and Hezbollah’s retaliation against Israeli soldiers in Manara only serves to further inflame the situation.
