In a recent video on Facebook from 03:08, Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a fresh warning to Nigerian political parties, insisting that unresolved internal divisions will make the upcoming election cycle increasingly difficult. Speaking during a live prophetic session, the cleric stressed that major parties must urgently restructure their internal systems if they hope to remain competitive.
Ayodele noted that several parties are currently struggling with internal cooperation, describing their lack of unity as a major setback. “They are not in corporation. They are not united,” he said, emphasising that organisational disharmony will work against them in the next polls.
He urged party leaders to adjust their operational strategies, warning that failure to do so would lead to a turbulent electoral season. “That is why you have to still change some service Chiefs,” Ayodele advised. “If you want to enjoy, if you don’t change it now, sincerely, it’s going to be a tougher, tough and tougher election.”
The cleric singled out two major parties—the All Progressives Congress (APC) and African Democratic Congress (ADC)—stating that both must undergo deep structural and spiritual reforms. According to him, political success will require more than conventional campaign tactics.
“APC must go; if they want to win, they must go technically and spiritually,” Ayodele declared. He added that spiritual guidance and technical reorganisation would determine whether the ruling party can withstand the mounting political pressure ahead.
Ayodele issued a similar warning to the ADC, stressing that its leadership must avoid missteps if the party intends to remain relevant. “ADC too—they must go spiritually and technically.
