In a candid interview on AIT TV from 2:15:59, the former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Anambra State, Dan Ulasi emphasized the importance of governmental transparency and unity in addressing Nigeria’s challenges. He called for clear and consistent communication from the government, highlighting the counterproductive nature of conflicting statements and insults directed at those offering suggestions, such as Peter Obi.

Ulasi argued that the President should speak directly to the nation and be held accountable for his words.

He stressed that addressing problems requires a focused approach, including outlining specific solutions and engaging in constructive dialogue, rather than resorting to insults.

Ulasi warned that failure to address these issues in the wake of recent protests could have severe consequences for the country and potentially lead to further unrest.

According to Dan Ulasi, ”We need honesty as a Nation and this honesty has to come from the government. The government must speak with one voice and address the people challenges. One of the Presidential aide was insulting Peter Obi and there were different comments coming from the government which you can’t explain in this difficult situation that we are in this country.

If the President is the one speaking, let him speak and let us hold him accountable. Because we can’t be quoting his aides who are insulting people who are giving ideas to the government. You don’t solve problem by insulting people. You must squarely face the problem and itemize your solutions to them. And if they don’t do anything to solve this problem after this protest, it will be disastrous for this country. We don’t know what will come next.”….Sêe _ Morê
